These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Deliberate Health website and service (the "Service"), provided by Deliberate Solutions, Inc. ("Deliberate," "we," "us," or "our"). This is a general, placeholder version of our Terms of Use and will be replaced with a reviewed version before the Service is used with real study participant data.
1. Acceptance Of Terms
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Service.
2. Who May Use The Service
The Service is intended for use by research study staff and enrolled study participants acting within the scope of a specific study. Participant accounts are provisioned by authorized study staff. There is no public self-registration.
3. Intended Use And Limitations
The Service is a study workflow and data-capture tool. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and it does not make autonomous clinical decisions or replace clinician judgment. Any use of the Service in a clinical or research context should be governed by the applicable study protocol and institutional approvals.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify your study coordinator promptly of any suspected unauthorized access.
5. Data And Privacy
Use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how information collected through the Service is handled.
6. Changes To The Service Or Terms
We may update these Terms or the Service from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
