Compass Support
Compass by Deliberate Health is the app participants use to take part in research studies run with Compass.
Getting access
Compass accounts are created by your study team; there is no sign-up in the app. If you have been enrolled in a study and don't have your sign-in details, contact your study coordinator.
Trouble signing in
On the sign-in screen, enter your email and tap "Forgot your password?" to get a reset link by email. If that doesn't work, contact your study coordinator.
Questions about your study
For questions about your study, your schedule, or taking part, use "Message the study team" in the app's Settings, or contact the study team named in your consent form.
Leaving a study or deleting your data
To stop taking part, or to ask for your data to be deleted, contact your study team. Requests are handled as described in your study's consent form and our Privacy Policy.
Technical problems with the app
Email dev@deliberate.ai. Include the app version (shown at the bottom of Settings) and your phone model.
If you are in crisis
Compass is not monitored in real time and is not an emergency service. Call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), or call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room if you are in immediate danger.
