Deliberate Solutions, Inc. ("Deliberate," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This is a general, placeholder Privacy Policy describing at a high level how information is handled through the Deliberate Health website and service (the "Service"), and will be replaced with a reviewed policy (including any study- or regulation-specific commitments) before the Service is used with real study participant data.
1. Information We Collect
This Policy covers two kinds of information:
- Website visitors: basic information you provide when contacting us (such as name and email address), and standard technical information about your visit.
- Study participants: account information provisioned by study staff, and session data created through use of the Service (such as check-in audio/video, transcripts, and technical quality signals), as described in the applicable study consent materials.
2. How We Use Information
Information is used to operate and improve the Service, to support the study workflows it is provisioned for, to communicate with study staff and participants about their accounts, and to meet legal and security obligations.
3. Who Can Access Participant Data
Session data is only accessible to the authorized study staff (admins and study coordinators) provisioned for that study, and to the participant for their own records. Access is role-based and recorded.
4. Data Retention And Security
We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information against unauthorized access, and retain it only as long as needed for the applicable study or as required by law.
5. Children's Privacy
The public website is not directed to children under 18. Any use of the Service by a minor participant is governed by the applicable study protocol and consent process, not by general public sign-up.
6. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated "Last updated" date above.
